You will attract, assess, and hire Sales and B2B professionals, collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive the strategy and delivery of mid- to experienced-level professionals within our client's People & Investments US Health & Benefits business unit.

In this role, you will help shape how we attract, assess, and hire experienced Sales Professional Consultants while supporting a consistent, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience. This is a hybrid position requiring an expectation of working in a local office at least three days per week.

As a key advisor, you will lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process, leveraging targeted sourcing strategies and modern recruitment technologies to attract and engage top talent. You will ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience while driving strong hiring manager alignment and overall process efficiency.

• Strategic Business Alignment: Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, confirm role requirements, build recruiting strategies, and guide hiring decisions.
• Proactive Sourcing & Engagement: Attract and engage a diverse, high-performing talent pool through innovative and cost-effective methods using LinkedIn, ATS, CRM, and advanced recruiting tools.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey from outreach to offer, maintaining high engagement and delivering timely updates throughout the process.
• Hiring Manager Advising: Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on candidate selection, structured interviewing best practices, and offer strategy.
• Tech-Driven Recruitment: Thrive and stay motivated in an environment that actively embraces AI and technology-enabled tools.

What You Need to Have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in talent acquisition within Professional Services, with a focus on Sales and B2B roles.
• Sourcing & Tools: Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, ATS/CRM platforms, and talent acquisition technologies.
• Consultative Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence business leaders.
• Compliance & Detail: Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and solid knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
