The Blood Connection in Charleston, SC is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Partnerships Specialist to build strategic relationships with schools, workforce programs, and community partners while supporting staffing needs. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on recruitment, pipeline development, and collaboration with the Manager of Talent Acquisition.

You will source candidates, lead outreach efforts, participate in job fairs and events, and use diverse tools to strengthen candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business, or related field.
• Three or more years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with proactive sourcing.
• Experience building talent pipelines for high‑volume or critical roles.
• Experience with schools, workforce partners, or external recruiting partners preferred.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS (Dayforce preferred).

Responsabilités

• Lead day‑to‑day recruitment activities for open positions.
• Source active and passive candidates through direct outreach and diverse channels.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Build partnerships with schools, workforce programs, and community organizations.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruiting activities as needed.
• Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to strengthen pipelines.
