Job summary

The Blood Connection is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Partnerships Specialist for an on-site role. You will lead recruitment activities, actively source candidates, and build partnerships with schools and community organizations to create sustainable talent pipelines.

You will also recruit for current and anticipated staffing needs and use various channels and events to strengthen candidate pipelines and support hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with proactive sourcing.
• Experience engaging passive candidates and pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day recruitment activities and ensure positions receive timely attention.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates for staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
• Build partnerships with schools, workforce programs, and community organizations to expand pipelines.
• Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including prescreening and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Participate in job fairs, events, and outreach activities.
