Job summary

Carolina Biological is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for current and future workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.

The role requires seven+ years of progressive recruiting experience, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, and LMS experience to support onboarding and CBS University.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required; PHR/SHRM or Talent Acquisition certification preferred.
• Seven plus years progressive recruiting and selection experience required.
• ADP Workforce Now proficiency required; LMS experience preferred to support onboarding and CBS University.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to create and execute innovative recruiting strategies to fill vacant positions.
• Source, pre-screen, and present qualified candidates who meet position requirements.
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate evaluation, and the offer process.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and national staffing agencies.
• Oversee background checks, pre-employment screenings, and reference checks.
