Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• Three or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and direct outreach.
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS/ATS.
• Experience recruiting across multiple positions, departments, or locations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day recruitment activities and ensures open positions receive timely recruiting attention.
• Identifies, sources, and engages active and passive candidates for staffing needs.
• Develops and maintains candidate pipelines for high-volume or critical roles.
• Partners with education and community organizations to expand candidate pipelines.
• Conducts full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, prescreening, interviewing, and coordination with hiring managers.
