Job summary

Utah Community Credit Union seeks a Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence Director to own the enterprise TA strategy, operating model, and governance. You will lead a high-impact team, advise senior leaders, and directly recruit for critical roles while shaping the candidate journey across the organization.

You will collaborate with HR partners to design scalable processes, leverage analytics, and build pipelines for pivotal hires, including university relations and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading an enterprise TA function.
• Keen ability to define operating models, scopes, SLAs, and process ownership.
• Strong relationship building with senior leaders and HR partners.
