Advanced Energy seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and drive the global TA strategy. You will partner with HR and business leaders to improve recruiting, governance, analytics, and technology, while building critical pipelines and leading selected searches.

With 12+ years in talent acquisition, you will shape the operating model, governance, and metrics to deliver world-class hiring across a matrixed, global organization.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker able to translate business needs into talent acquisition solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience leading global, matrixed organizations.
• Knowledge of HR systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence and develop a global TA strategy.
• Own and continuously improve global recruiting processes, systems, tools, and governance.
• Build pipelines for global technical and executive talent and lead selected candidate searches.
• Strengthen talent attraction via employer branding in partnership with Marketing and HR teams.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve candidate experience and hiring outcomes.
