This role targets a compensation range of $164,000–$197,000 and requires 8+ years in TA and 4+ years leading teams, plus HR certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with enterprise scope.
• 4+ years of people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• HR certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Aligns workforce capabilities with long-term business goals.
• Uses analytics to inform executive decisions and planning.
• Leads executive search and leadership pipelines.
