Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Enterprise Talent Acquisition leader to shape and execute enterprise-wide TA strategy. You will advise executive leadership on workforce trends, build high-performing teams, and establish standards to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.

You will lead executive recruitment, develop strategic pipelines, and elevate employer branding while leveraging modern TA technologies and analytics to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with enterprise scope.
• 4+ years of people leadership, coaching and high-performing teams.
• SHRM/PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification preferred.
• Develops and executes enterprise talent strategies aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise TA strategy aligned with growth and priorities.
• Advise executive leadership on workforce trends and talent risks.
• Lead and develop a high-performing TA team with accountability and innovation.
• Establish enterprise recruiting standards, governance, and best practices.
• Leverage analytics to drive workforce decisions and report key metrics.
• Oversee executive recruitment and build strategic talent pipelines.
• Shape employer brand and talent marketing initiatives.
