Job summary

Prime Data Centers in Denver is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function. You will partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to shape strategy, map processes, grow the TA team, and embed best practices from role definition to Day 1 onboarding.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, high-volume recruitment, and building university/military programs. Implement SOPs, ATS workflows, and dashboards to track TA performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in talent acquisition with leadership growth
• Strong ability to improve processes and identify solutions
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-requisition management
• Genuine interest in candidate experience and high-touch interactions
• Experience serving as team SME on TA tech stack and sourcing practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support TA strategy development and benchmarking with data and dashboards
• Map current recruiting lifecycle and document SOPs, templates, and workflows
• Lead onboarding and training of new TA team members and manage resources
• Design and deliver a positive candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
• Coordinate with HR teams to ensure smooth handoffs between recruiting and the employee lifecycle
• Identify friction points and improve TA processes across HR systems
