The role provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, employer branding, and talent pipeline development. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while learning best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or communications.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with full-cycle recruitment activities for various roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communications.
• Support ATS data entry and reporting.
• Participate in candidate phone screens and assessments.
• Help develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Post job ads on internal and external platforms and support campus recruiting.
