Surge Staffing is seeking a Talent Advisor with high energy, work ethic and a friendly phone manner. This permanent, full-time internal position emphasizes superb client and candidate service. Entry-level sales experience is acceptable, with immediate consideration for qualified applicants.

You will recruit, interview and align candidates with client needs, while expanding leads and retention across branches. Strong MS Office skills and reliable travel are valued traits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; or equivalent work experience/education greatly preferred.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience a plus; staffing industry experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, human resources, or service industry recommended.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superb customer service to clients and temporary associates.
• Recruit, interview and follow-up with candidates and temporary associates.
• Match employee skill sets to customers' hiring needs.
• Assist in developing business leads and retain current clientele.
• Act as liaison between temporary associates and clients.
• Maximize billable hours to increase market share and branch profits.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting quality performance.
• Conduct service calls and outside sales calls to obtain new business partnerships.
