Phillips Infrastructure seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to identify, attract, and hire top talent across the organization. You will manage end-to-end recruiting and build strong candidate pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.

This role supports onboarding, campus programs, internships, and early career rotations, ensuring a positive candidate experience and continuous process improvements. Relocation is not specified; travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the recruitment process from start to finish: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Develop understanding of business operations to match candidates with opportunities.
• Utilize sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers; provide updates and market insights.
• Foster candidate relationships and manage communications for a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous process improvement.
• Build relationships with colleges and student organizations to create early talent pipelines.
• Plan and staff campus events, career fairs, and employer panels; represent Phillips at events.
• Source for internship, co-op, and entry-level roles; build pipelines for programs.
• Coordinate internship and early career program logistics; mentor matching and feedback.
