Job summary

PennEngineering in Winston-Salem, NC seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across hourly and salaried roles. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and build talent pipelines through campuses, events, and creative outreach.

You will review resumes, craft interview questions, extend offers, coordinate background checks, and support onboarding and engagement initiatives to attract top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting with diverse interview techniques.
• Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions for proactive sourcing (highly preferred).
• Documentation of processes and keeping up with industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Develop hiring profiles and sourcing strategies for hourly and salaried roles; use creative sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
• Represent PennEngineering at campuses and on-site events to build brand awareness and pipelines.
• Recruit interns and apprentices and manage early talent programs.
• Review resumes and screen candidates against job requirements; support interview question creation and offers.
