Job summary

Phillips and Temro Industries (PTI) in Eden Prairie, MN seeks an HR Services Generalist to deliver full-cycle recruiting, onboarding in UKG Pro, and HR operations support. You will source candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruiting records while ensuring compliance and timely communication with applicants.

The role requires a BS in HR or related field and 2–5 years recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years of staffing/recruiting experience, across multiple functions.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via the Internet, SEO, job boards, and networking.
• Drive candidate flow and track submittals and hires.
• Coordinate interview process and prescreen candidates.
• Onboard new hires in UKG Pro and maintain recruiting records.
• Generate HR metrics and ensure compliance.
