Job summary

Pella Corporation is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate in Pella, IA (Hybrid). You will publish job postings, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You’ll partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams, manage scheduling, and help maintain recruiting records. A Bachelor’s degree and strong organizational skills are preferred, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
