Job summary

Pella Corporation in Pella, IA (Hybrid) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and create an exceptional candidate experience.

You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR, publish jobs, coordinate interviews, host onsite visits, support onboarding, and maintain recruiting records with a focus on process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Copilot.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and publish internal and external job postings.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and interview teams.
• Welcome and host candidates during onsite interviews, creating a positive first impression of Pella.
• Conduct benefits overviews and answer candidate questions during the hiring process.
• Support onboarding activities, including background checks, drug screenings, relocations, internal transfers, and new hire communications.
• Maintain recruiting records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience.
