Job summary

Pella Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Partner (English/Spanish) for the 3rd shift to support locations in Murray, KY, Troy, OH, and Fort Worth, TX. The role acts as a trusted advisor on performance, conduct, and workplace concerns, providing objective investigations and coaching to leaders.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR or employee relations, strong communication, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to leaders on employee performance, conduct, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct thorough investigations involving policy concerns, workplace conflicts, and misconduct.
• Provide coaching to leaders on employee relations best practices.
• Identify trends and risks in employee relations and partner with leaders to address them.
• Support development and delivery of performance improvement plans and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of employee relations matters.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights to improve retention and experience.
• Review and process religious accommodation requests.
• Assist leadership in responding to workplace emergencies and sensitive situations.
• Represent the company in unemployment claims as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of human resources, employee relations, labor relations, or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach leaders through complex workplace situations.
• Strong investigation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification.
• Experience supporting employee relations in a multi-site or manufacturing environment.
• Oracle HRIS experience.
• Bilingual/multilingual communication skills (for multilingual-designated roles).
