Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of recruiting or HR experience can substitute.
• 3–5 years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using ATS/HRIS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and other platforms.
• Assist with posting and managing job advertisements.
• Support candidate communications throughout the process.
• Generate candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Assist with employment verifications and onboarding documentation.
• Support recruiting events and career fairs.
• Help maintain recruiting templates and guides.
