Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
Demonstrated 5-7 years in recruitment and staffing, preferably in oil and gas.
Proven experience with behavioral/competency based interviewing and assessment tools.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Source and identify highly qualified candidates for open positions on operational rigs and onshore functions.
Screen candidates for qualifications, interest, compensation, relocation, and availability.
Interview candidates using competency-based techniques to assess organizational and job fit.
Attend career fairs to generate qualified candidates.
Maintain relationships with hiring managers to anticipate hiring needs and align with business initiatives.
Coordinate recruitment advertising and nationalization campaigns globally.
Travel to rigs to understand staffing requirements and partner with leadership to ensure a positive environment.
