HYTORC Middle East FZE is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead international procurement strategy and process development. You will document processes, align local offices with corporate directives, and develop suppliers globally while expanding the supply base, reducing lead times, and achieving cost savings.

The role requires 7+ years in sourcing, strong negotiation and stakeholder management, and experience with SAP/ERP systems. Travel is expected to 5-10%.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree and/or equivalent certification in supply chain, logistics or business.
• 10+ years of relevant escalating career experience in supply chain, logistics or business in lieu of degree.
• 7+ years in a similar role; preferably in industrial engineering and manufacturing.
• Mastery of standard procurement, inventory management and demand planning best practices.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and cross-functional POC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in logistics methods and import/customs procedures.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems is an asset.
• Experience with project management, MRP and analytics systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Document, drive and implement standardized Procurement processes for HYTORC international offices.
• Promote collaborative and accountable culture across international offices.
• Lead supplier qualification, onboarding, and rationalization projects.
• Build and manage local and international supplier relationships with data-driven negotiation.
• Issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts aligned with business strategy.
• Draft, review and negotiate international contracts with support from Legal.
• Lead cross-functional teams for supplier certification and alignment with objectives.
• Support compliance with Quality audits, ISO standards, and environmental policies.
• Drive year-over-year cost savings and value improvements across product lines.
• Analyze markets and supply trends to mitigate risk and price movements.
• Prepare and present weekly KPI briefings to procurement leadership.
• Plan and allocate team resources to optimize structure with Senior Manager.
• Continuously improve Department KPIs for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Develop Global Sourcing strategy and workflow for HYTORC international locations.
• Support all Indirect Procurement projects.
