Talent Bridge HR Consultancy is seeking a Junior Recruitment Sourcer/Admin Assistant to work remotely from the Philippines. You will source and screen candidates, post jobs, and manage our ATS while gaining hands-on training in recruitment and executive coaching.

The role offers long-term development into a full-cycle recruiter with mentorship. You will work on global recruitment projects for UAE clients, improve CVs, and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

• Entry-level to junior experience in HR, recruitment, or administration is preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for job openings.
• Post jobs on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS.
• Update candidate profiles and track recruitment progress.
• Coordinate pre-screening interviews and assessments.
• Improve CVs and job board profiles.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment as you gain experience.
