Job summary

Bain & Company in Chicago is seeking an Associate/Consultant recruiting support professional to help plan and execute on-campus, in-office and offsite recruiting events. You will liaise with recruiters, students, and campus partners to support AC, Consultant, and intern hiring in the Chicago office.

The role involves managing event logistics, scheduling, and communication with candidates and internal teams, while enabling a smooth interview process and active sourcing efforts.

Qualifications

• 0.5–2 years of administrative, recruiting, or events support experience; internship or campus involvement in a relevant function welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-campus, in-office and offsite recruiting events, managing invites, sign-ups, RSVPs, catering, nametags and candidate feedback.
• Assist with logistics for full recruiting cycle including events, interview days, and programming for AC and Consultant hiring.
• Support screening and interview logistics including resume reviews, scheduling using Avature, creating recruit records and confirmations.
• Assist in interview process by managing schedules, noting debriefs and candidate communications.
• Support off-cycle hiring, including screening, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Help with offers and closing including welcome weekends (3–4 per year).
• Support Chicago AC and Consultant programming, campus events and summer intern programming.
