Job summary

Bain & Company in New York is seeking an Associate Consultant Recruiting Specialist to drive the campus recruitment strategy for ACI and full-time Associate Consultant hiring. You will partner with schools and internal teams to plan events and coordinate interview days, shaping how Bain connects with top talent.

The role emphasizes relationship management, program execution for BEL and CREW, and logistic planning for large-scale interviews, while delivering timely communications to candidates

Qualifications

Minimum of three years professional experience in a professional services firm.
BA/BS degree required.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and juggle multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with targeted undergraduate schools and campus events.
Coordinate and staff large-scale interview days for Northeast offices.
Plan and execute ACI program events and BEL/ CREW programs.
Provide timely responses to recruits and consultants.
