Job summary

Ideal candidates have 0.5–2 years in admin, recruiting, or events support, and a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Avature is a plus, with openness to learning HRIS and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); willingness to learn HRIS and recruiting database tools.
• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-campus, in-office, and offsite recruiting events.
• Manage logistics for full recruiting cycle across AC and Consultant hiring.
• Support screening and interview logistics; schedule candidates using Avature.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications.
• Assist with off-cycle hiring, referrals, and proactive sourcing.
• Support offer and closing processes and Welcome weekends.
