Qualifications

• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a large global organization, with experience in US and Canada.
• Strong analytical skills, recruitment metrics, reporting, and ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for diversity, inclusion, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Looking for an experienced and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Manager, and working in a collaborative and exciting environment you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while helping shape future talent strategies, and you will:

• Deliver an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and networks for both immediate and future opportunities.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and strategic guidance.
• Manage recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones in a truly global organization.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and position yourself as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.

• Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a large global organization, and must have experience working with U.S. and Canada.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and ATS platforms such as Workday.
• Proven success developing recruitment strategies and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience advising leaders on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
