Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field such as HR, business, communications, psychology, or marketing.
• 1–2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience.
• Experience using ATS or HR technology platforms; strong communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with employment offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs using recruiting technologies like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks and medical examinations.
• Support internship and early careers programs, campus recruiting, and career fairs.
