Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer recruiting and hiring programs for salaried and bargaining unit workforce.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Maintain demographics, headcount, attrition, org charts and vacancy lists.
• Assist in administering benefits, including disability and FMLA analyses.
• Interpret and apply the collective bargaining agreement with Labor Relations.
• Support policy implementation and investigate violations; advise on resolutions.
• Conduct workplace investigations and advise management on actions.
