Responsibilities

Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers
New employee orientation and training
Administration of human resources policies and programs
Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs
Coordination of performance review process for client departments
Maintain applicant and employee records
Collect, analyze, and report data and information
Prepare and process documents including reports and presentations
Support other duties to assist the business
