McDermott Will & Schulte in Washington, DC seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant, Partners & Counsel to support the lateral global partner and US counsel recruiting process. This role handles ATS data entry, interview logistics, and coordination with internal teams.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage confidential information under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Three days in the office per week are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain candidate records across applicant tracking systems.
• Process departmental expense reports, check requests, and travel reimbursements.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new Partner hires.
• Assist with search firm tracking, internal communications, and candidate experience.
• Schedule team meetings, interviews and events; arrange rooms and catering.
• Distribute candidate materials to interviewers using templates.
• Monitor recruitment inbox and respond to routine inquiries.
• Track interviewer feedback and ensure timely evaluations.
• Assist with recruiting metrics and status reports.
• Maintain organized electronic recruiting files per firm retention standards.
• Support internal recruiting communications with templates.
