McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Partners & Counsel to support lateral partner recruiting globally. You will coordinate candidates with the partner recruiting team and search firms to ensure a seamless experience, while upholding the firm’s standards and strategic hiring goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in legal recruiting, with preferred experience in partner or lateral associate hiring.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in a legal environment.
• Experience with Partner Recruiting or Lateral Associate Recruiting preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee candidate interview and evaluation process.
• Manage end-to-end due diligence workflows for candidates.
• Advance candidates through the hiring pipeline with momentum and sound judgment.
• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with end-stage offer processes and candidate documentation.
• Coordinate lateral partner hiring initiatives in alignment with Firm priorities.
• Maintain understanding of the Firm’s brand, markets, and global strategy for candidate evaluation.
