McDermott Will & Schulte is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Partners & Counsel to coordinate global lateral partner recruiting. You will partner with leadership and search firms to ensure a seamless experience and meet hiring goals, playing a key role in continued team success.

The role requires 5+ years in recruiting (3+ in partner/lateral roles) and strong MS Office skills, with a 3-day-in-office requirement. Competitive total rewards include bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience; 3+ years focusing on partner or lateral recruiting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Team-oriented with ability to delegate when appropriate.
• 3 day a week in office requirement

Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive understanding of firm brand, markets, and global strategy for candidate evaluation.
• Assist execution of lateral partner hiring initiatives aligned with leadership priorities.
• Own and oversee candidate interview and evaluation process, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Manage end-to-end due diligence workflows and issue resolution for efficiency.
• Advance candidates through hiring pipeline by identifying next steps and momentum.
• Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and stakeholders.
• Assist managers with end-stage offer processes and drafting candidate documentation.
