Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate records across ATS and input interview schedules.
• Process departmental expense reports and travel reimbursements.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new Partner hires.
• Assist with search firm tracking and candidate communications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics (conference rooms, food, asks).
• Distribute candidate materials to interviewers using templates.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and escalate issues to the TA Manager.
• Track interviewer feedback and follow-up on evaluations.
• Assist with compiling recruiting metrics from ATS and internal tools.
• Provide general administrative support to the TA team.
• Maintain compliant recruiting files per firm retention standards.
• Support internal recruiting communications using pre-approved templates.
