Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition or administrative functions is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems and prepare interview materials.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and event logistics.
• Assist with onboarding tasks for new Partner hires.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and respond to routine inquiries.
• Assist with recruiting metrics and data reporting.
