McDermott Will & Emery seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant, Partners & Counsel, to support lateral global partner and U.S. counsel recruiting. You will manage data entry in applicant tracking systems and assist with interview logistics under supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and meticulous organization. A three-day-in-office requirement is specified, with a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly.
• 3 day a week in office requirement.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain candidate records across applicant tracking systems.
• Process departmental expense reports and travel reimbursements.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks for new Partner hires.
• Assist with coordinating search firm tracking and internal communications.
• Schedule internal meetings, interviews and events, including room bookings and catering.
• Distribute candidate materials to interviewers using templates.
• Monitor recruiting inbox and respond to inquiries; escalate complex issues.
• Track interviewer feedback and ensure timely evaluations.
• Assist with compiling recruiting metrics from ATS and internal tools.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
