Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment life-cycle, conduct phone interviews, schedule and process on-site interviews, track hiring within our system, develop recruiting processes, and manage employee data and files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on advertising channels, manage employee referral contests, and open house events.
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, email, and text.
  • Multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Navigate scheduling systems and perform administrative tasks like background checks.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and employment records.
Candidate Qualifications

Confident, outgoing, self-motivated, team-oriented, open-minded, quick learner, articulate, with excellent communication skills. Interpersonal skills to build rapport are essential.

Specific Qualifications
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Adherence to process guidelines.
  • Time management and ownership.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Experience in a call center is a plus but not required.
Employment Conditions
  • Authorized to work in the location.
  • Willing to undergo background/security investigations and drug screening.
