Job description

Position: Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator

The Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting various initiatives within talent acquisition, development, and management. The role involves coordinating recruitment events, training programs, and social activities; collaborating with global teams; supporting onboarding and performance management processes; and generating reports for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate campus recruiting events, summer associate training, and social activities;
  • Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, prepare hiring committees, and handle prospect outreach;
  • Collaborate with Lateral and Staff Talent Acquisition teams for onboarding;
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Global team on firmwide initiatives.
  • Talent Development
    • Organize local Talent Development Committee meetings, events, and training programs;
    • Implement firm-wide directives with the Talent Development Global team, including coaching and training academies;
    • Support local Performance Management processes, including performance approvals and meetings.
  • Talent Management
    • Support onboarding of new hires, including orientation and integration;
    • Generate reports and provide recommendations for improvement using data;
    • Attend events outside regular hours, including evenings and weekends;
    • Travel as needed for programs and initiatives;
    • Handle additional projects as assigned.

    This role requires the ability to work overtime, travel as necessary, and support various projects related to talent acquisition, development, and management.
