Job description

DWA Recreation is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Project Development Coordinator to support our growing sales team. This full-time, remote position plays a key role in helping bring parks and recreational spaces to life by assisting with project design, customer engagement, estimation, 3D renderings, coordinating installation timelines and project completion activities. Working closely with the Territory Sales Manager, you will help drive revenue growth, manage project workflows, and serve as a key client contact from proposal to completion.

This is the perfect role for someone who is highly organized, skilled in creative design tools, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow sales and customer relationships
  • Maintain organized and accurate client records, notes, and project data
  • Estimate project costs and prepare competitive proposals
  • Design top-view site plans and 3D renderings using reporting services, CAD, Lumion, and Microsoft Office
  • Prepare pricing schedules, quotes, sales contracts and final submittal documents for bids
  • Coordinate and schedule project installations with internal teams and clients
  • Track timelines and ensure delivery and installations remain on schedule
  • Answer client questions about products, pricing, and availability
  • Develop virtual product presentations that support solution-based selling
  • Generate and follow up on new business leads
  • Collaborate with the Territory Sales Manager to align marketing initiatives and outreach

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creative thinking and ability to bring visual ideas to life through design tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous experience coordinating installations or managing project timelines
  • Experience with CAD, Lumion, or similar design/rendering software
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Background in landscape, design-focused industries or recreation
