Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, including data science roles, with 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition analytics.
• Proven experience partnering with TA leadership to maintain an analytics roadmap and lead cross-functional analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and interpreting hiring models and predictive/forecast models; awareness of causal inference methods.

• Translate TA and business strategy into analytical problems and generate hypotheses from data.
• Define and socialize TA Data & Analytics roadmap; build business case for investments.
• Define metrics for TA and governance at function level.
• Influence senior stakeholders and translate analysis into actionable narratives.

• Benchmark TA analytics against industry standards to inform forecasting and productivity.
