This role focuses on hiring forecasting, funnel conversion modeling, and AI-native analytics initiatives to strengthen TA decisions across the employee lifecycle. Leading analytics strategy, partnering with HR leaders, and delivering scalable data products, this role blends business acumen with advanced modeling to influence senior TA stakeholders

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, including data science roles.
• Proven experience partnering with Talent Acquisition leadership to maintain an end-to-end analytics roadmap.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and interpreting hiring models and applying causal inference methods.
• Experience with Avature or other ATS and data governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA and business strategy into analytical problems and hypotheses.
• Define and socialize TA Data & Analytics roadmap and business case.
• Define metrics for hiring strength and governance at function level.
• Connect insights across candidate and employee lifecycle to inform decision making.
• Benchmark TA metrics against industry standards and forecast hiring needs.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives with HR, technology, and business partners.
