Job summary

Intuit is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Analytics Lead (Senior Staff Data Scientist) to join our People Data & Analytics team. You will drive TA analytics strategy, forecasting, funnel conversion modeling, and AI-native use cases across data & analytics to inform hiring decisions.

You will build trust in TA data across Avature and the data lake, partner with HR leaders, and translate insights into actionable workforce strategies that optimize recruiting and workforce planning at

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in People Analytics, including data science roles.
• 5+ years supporting Talent Acquisition analytics.
• Partner with TA leadership to maintain an end-to-end analytics roadmap.
• Experience building and interpreting hiring models (predictive/forecast) with causal inference methods.
• Advanced SQL and fluency in Python or R with data wrangling skills.
• Experience scoping and measuring AI-native experiences with phased testing.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and connect hiring, attrition, and internal mobility signals.
• Experience working with Avature or similar ATS and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Translate TA and business strategy into analytical problems and generate hypotheses.
• Develop, maintain, and socialize the TA analytics roadmap and business case for investments.
• Define metrics to hold TA and leaders accountable for hiring strength and governance.
• Influence Directors and above by turning complex analysis into actionable narratives.
• Integrate insights across candidate and employee lifecycles for a single view.
• Benchmark TA analytics against industry standards and external data.
