Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a highly organized Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support non-driver recruiting operations, process time-off requests, and administer attendance policies while ensuring DOT and OSHA safety compliance.

You’ll conduct HR audits, run department reports, and handle various clerical duties, including data entry and file maintenance, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate or two years of related experience or training.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong organizational skills and high integrity are essential.
• Must have a Class D driver’s license and eligible for company insurance.

Aufgaben

• Provide essential administrative and clerical support for non-driver recruiting operations.
• Process time off requests accurately and on time.
• Administer attendance policy, monitor occurrences, and report on attendance.
• Conduct HR audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Run department reports and summarize data.
• Perform additional clerical duties and back-up receptionist tasks as needed.
• Complete company training including safety and compliance.
