Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. in Greer, SC is seeking a highly organized Recruiting and Onboarding Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will support non-driver recruiting operations, process time-off requests, and administer attendance policies while ensuring DOT and OSHA safety compliance.

You’ll conduct HR audits, run department reports, and handle various clerical duties, including data entry and file maintenance, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Certificate or two years of related experience or training.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Strong organizational skills and high integrity are essential.
• Must have a Class D driver’s license and eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential administrative and clerical support for non-driver recruiting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsiblefor general administrative duties such as data entry,copying, filing, assisting employees, and otheradministrative tasks as determined by the department.
  
• Following theestablished process, accurately and timely processes andapproves time off requests for employees.
  
• Administer allaspects of the attendance policy, including monitoring andreporting of attendance occurrences.
  
• Conducts variousaudits for the Human Resources Department and providesrecommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  
• As assigned, runsdepartment reports and provides a summary of data.
  
• May perform otherclerical functions such as scanning, prepares newAssociate files, processes mail, and acts as back-up forthe receptionist when absent.
