• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• Adaptability and a solutions‑oriented mindset to navigate challenges and seize opportunities.
• Passion for our company's mission and a genuine desire to contribute to our success.
• While certain duties may be performed remotely as approved, the associate must be available to attend in‑person orientation, onboarding, initial training, department meetings, and site‑based activities at designated Benore locations as required.
