• Source passive and active candidates through social media, events, job fairs, and professional orgs.
• Conduct interviews (video, phone, in-person) to assess candidate potential.
• Provide data-driven recruitment reports to inform leadership decisions.
• Suggest innovative recruitment strategies and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, personnel records, and compensation guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
