P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Server - Takeout to ensure guests are served courteously and promptly, delivering an exceptional takeout or curbside experience.

You will handle ordering, packaging, labeling, and delivery for curbside pickup while guiding guests through the menu with hospitality. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Must be 18+, have a Food Handler’s Card where required, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we will train you!
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• At least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, or obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Accommodate guests’ needs in a courteous and timely manner.
• Take, place, package, label, bag, receive, and ring in guest orders for takeout and curbside.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and provide hospitality.
• Deliver orders to guests for curbside pickup while maintaining sanitation standards.
• Uphold high sanitation and safety standards.
