Job summary

Discovery Land Company at Homewood Mountain & Lake Club (Lake Tahoe, CA) seeks a Guest Services Associate to join the Guest Services team. You will be the primary contact for guests, guiding them to products and services and delivering personalized service.

The role requires strong communication skills, hospitality background, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time or seasonal options available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hospitality or ski resort experience preferred.
• Proficient with standard office tech (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide accurate information about resort products and services.
• Develop knowledge of lift tickets, ski and snowboard programs, rentals, passes, and other offerings.
• Assist guests with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
• Process sales, reservations and guest requests accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and escalate when needed.
• Provide information related to billing, resort access and other guest service matters.
• Demonstrate proficiency with RTP and other sales/processing platforms.
