Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training; automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Ability to learn tag and title laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to solve problems and work with limited information.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process all new and used vehicles for registration and titling.
• Prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit paperwork to DMVs or processing companies, when applicable.
• Communicate with customers, dealership personnel and title agencies.
• Verify funds and ensure lien releases before title processing.
• Maintain title records and compliance with regulations.
• Stays abreast of title regulations and renewal of dealer tags.
