Krause Auto Group is seeking a dependable Tag & Title Clerk to support dealership operations. You will ensure accurate vehicle deal processing, timely title work, and organized records within a multi-brand, multi-state environment.

Responsibilities include handling title/registration tasks, billing documentation, and collaboration with sales and finance teams to resolve discrepancies. High school diploma required; dealership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork with sales, finance, and DMV offices.

Responsibilities

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals and verify paperwork.
• Prepare and submit title and registration documents; ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain organized deal jackets and records; assist with audits and compliance reviews.
• Communicate with customers, lienholders, and DMV offices as needed; handle mail related to deals/titles.
