Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in DMV/title processes or dealership billing preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process new, used, wholesale, and dealer trade vehicle deals with accuracy.
• Verify deal paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Post vehicle sales and finalize deal documentation.
• Ensure all documents are complete before processing.
• Communicate with sales and finance to resolve missing or incorrect information.
